Recently, my 2-year-old daughter has developed a keen interest in airplanes. Each day, she charmingly requests that I help her spot planes in the sky, and her face lights up with joy when we manage to find one.
Naturally, as a father, I decided to explore a do-it-yourself approach.
The outcome is Aviator:
- Live Aircraft Radar: Keep track of nearby planes in real-time
- Map Overlay: Switch between the radar view or a detailed local map
- Customizable Colors: Tailor your display with your child's favorite colors
- Modern Retro: Combining state-of-the-art graphics shaders and haptics with a vintage CRT display and radar beeps
